TTT – Books on my Fall (Spring) 2018 TBR

Ok, since I live in the Southern Hemisphere this is technically my Spring TBR but this is still the list of the top ten books I want to make sure that I read in the coming months.

10 Save the Date by Morgan Matson – I have only read Amy and Rodgers Epic Detour from Morgan Matson and it is about time I fix this.

9 The Darkest Mind by Alexandra Bracken – I now I need to read this.

8 Grace and Fury by Tracy Banghart – This has been talked about so much lately and I got it in a FairyLoot box.

7Undead Girl Gang by Lily Anderson – Everyone has been talking about this book and it is also the Biannual Bibliothon May-Jul read.

6 Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee – I am joining Books With Chloe for this read-a-long in September.

5 Crown of Midnight & Heir of Fire by Sarah J Maas – So I have read Crown of Midnight before but stopped there and since the final book is about to come out I have started again and want to continue with the series.

4 The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin – I don’t know why I haven’t read this series yet but October seems like the perfect time.

3 Batman by Marie Lu – I have been putting this book off for so long and it is high time that I bit the bullet and just read it because I am sure I am going to love it. I am a huge Batman fan and in a way that is stopping me from starting this book because I am  scared of where it is going to go.

2 Nevernight by Jay Kristoff – I am planning on reading this in September with the Little Book Owl and Piera Forde as a read-a-long and then Godsgrave in October.

And finally this one should come as no surprise since it is my most anticipated release for 2018

1 Escaping from Houdini by Kerri Maniscalco – Need I say anymore. I have been loving this series so I need the next one ASAP and I will be reading it as soon as I get it in September.

So these are just the top ten books I want to read over the next three months. Let me know if you have read any of these books and what is on your TBR for the next couple of months.

Happy Reading

  1. Really looking forward to Escaping from Houdini as well! I only finished Hunting Prince Dracula recently and I’m hoping for the same eerie vibes with the next one, hah! 😀

I was kind of disappointed with Batman, but.. that could’ve been me. I’m not really a superhero-fan in general, so that might have something to do with it? I don’t know. Hope you like it though!

    Happy reading. 🙂

    • I am expecting it to arrive today and I am so crushed that I have to work Saturday night so I can’t binge it this weekend.

That is a shame with Batman. It is my biggest worry that it wont stand up to my love of Batman. I think I will read it in October as a Halloween read.

      • Aaawh! That sucks! But as long as you have some reading time, you’ll be good. At least you don’t have to postpone reading for a week.. or two.. Amazon hasn’t even sent out my preorder yet. 😂

I do think it helps things somewhat that it’s set before he actually is Batman. Maybe that’ll be a plus for you as well. 🙂
